Your visa application, without the back-and-forth.
Your visa agency uses DearVisa so you can see exactly what they need, give it to them once, and follow your application to the decision.
-
Know exactly what's needed
Your agency's checklist for your visa — which documents, which questions, which declarations — so nothing is guessed or forgotten.
-
Answer at your own pace
The application questions in plain language, one section at a time. Stop whenever you like and carry on later, on your phone or your computer.
-
Upload from your phone
Photograph a document or pick a file. If something needs a clearer copy, your agency tells you exactly which one.
-
Family and sponsors can help
A parent, spouse or sponsor can get their own access from your agency, limited to their part. Some answers still need your own confirmation.
-
Follow your application
With a portal account, see what's done and what's left, your appointment details, your invoices and messages from your case manager, in one place.
-
Your details stay private
Your documents are stored in India and only your agency's team can see them. No more passports on WhatsApp or email.
How you get in.
- From a link. Your agency sends a secure link by email or WhatsApp. It opens straight to what they've asked you for.
- With your portal account. If your agency set one up, sign in with your email address — we send a one-time code, so there's no password to remember.
- Neither? Ask your visa agency. Only they can invite you; DearVisa doesn't take applications directly.
Questions travellers ask.
Who is DearVisa?
DearVisa is the software your visa agency uses to prepare applications. Your agency — not DearVisa — is handling your visa, and they decide what they ask you for.
Does this submit my visa application?
No. You send your answers and documents to your agency for review. Your agency submits the application to the embassy or visa centre.
My link doesn't work any more.
Links end on the date your agency set, and your agency can send you a new one. Contact them and ask for a fresh link.
I didn't get the sign-in code.
Check your spam or promotions folder, and make sure you're using the same email address you gave your agency. Codes work for 10 minutes.
Who do I ask about my personal data?
Your agency is responsible for your personal data under India's data protection law. Their privacy notice, shown in the portal, names who to contact.
